As someone who spent decades learning how to understand and manage my own autoimmune conditions, I KNOW how discouraging it feels to not have the energy to move your body - even when you know it might help.

I’m Angie Floratos and my specialty is working with women ages 40 & up who deal with chronic pain, injuries, & autoimmune symptoms.

I’ve been a Pilates practitioner for over two decades and am now the owner and instructor at Effloro Pilates & Wellness Studio in McMinnville, Oregon & Effloro Pilates Online.

Using the mind-body practice of the Pilates Method and my years of experience working with clients like you, I’ve designed a framework that helps gradually rebuild your strength, confidence, & resilience… so that you can begin to reclaim your life.
