  • Angie specializes in working with women age 40 and over who are looking for personalized Pilates workouts to help them with their unique health & wellness goals.

    Angie’s focus is on customized instruction that builds strength, stability, flexibility, & resilience - in mind & body.

    These sessions can be in studio or online via Zoom! If you are doing online sessions, just know that no expensive Pilates equipment is necessary to get results.

    Whether you’re new to Pilates or have experience, you’re experience (in studio or online) with Angie is designed to help you transform & thrive!

  • Yes, Pilates is highly adaptable and even recommended by many physical therapists & specialists for non-prescription symptom relief and long term management of chronic conditions.

    Remember, every session with Angie is tailored to you & your body! All the exercises in your workout are modified as needed to move your body safely while taking into account your challenges, abilities, & needs.

  • Yes! The New Client Intro Pack is a special 3-session package designed just for first-timers at a price that’s discounted at about 20% off the current single session rate.

    The Intro Pack is designed to give you a chance to get a feel for working with Angie without a long term commitment - while she gets a chance to assess your movement over the course of 3 sessions/weeks and develop a workout plan (should you continue) that truly meets your needs and goals.

  • No worries! Your sessions are designed to take into account where you are right now… no prior Pilates experience is necessary.

    After your initial consultation and during your first 3 Intro Pack Sessions, Angie assess your movement and readiness. She then creates a workout plan to fit your goals that guides you step-by-step through the exercises in each workout, to build your Pilates knowledge, skill, & confidence, while taking into account any of your special considerations.

  • Each session is 55 minutes long, whether it’s in studio or via Zoom.

  • This depends on many factors but if you are doing 1x weekly sessions with Angie plus 1- 2 additional workouts per week on you own (that average around 20-30 minutes each), you should start to feel some difference within a couple weeks!

    Note: Doing more is not always better with Pilates so plan for rest days in between most workout sessions.

    You’ll definitely see a difference in your body - how it moves and looks after about 6 - 8 weeks of consistently keeping doing Pilates 2-3x/week.

    Clients starting out with pain issues usually feel a reduction in their symptoms within 8 sessions or less. (This may take longer to happen if you have to go at a slower pace or need additional modifications).

  • In the studio, only private 1:1 sessions are scheduled to ensure personalized attention from Angie and workouts that meet your needs and long term goals.

    Online/virtually, small group sessions (2-8 clients) are available via Zoom to those with previous Pilates experience and/or prior consultation with Angie. Sessions rates for group of 3 or more clients may vary depending on size and equipment used.

  • To get started, you’ll need to fill out a Client Interest Form which can be found by following one of the button links above.

    The Client Interest Form is a questionnaire that helps Angie determine your needs and goals so that she can see if working with her/in her program might be a good fit for you.

    After the Form is completed, Angie will get back to you with next steps, usually within 1-3 days!
